77 % Granular calcium hypochlorite
The Ministry of Health indicated calcium hypochlorite as a swimming pool disinfectant in the deal between the State and the Regions of 16/01/03. Puraklor HP/77 is a granular calcium hypochlorite with a high available content of chlorine produced with a special patented technology that determines a granular product without dust with a low saline content, low residue and fast solubility. Puraklor HP/77 is used for both shock treatment and for continuous chlorination with direct dosers Dosaklor or prior dissolution. Puraklor HP/77 produces a negligible increase in PH, contrary to other kinds of calcium hypochlorite or sodium hypochlorite which require a high usage of acid corrector to keep the pH levels within the limits 7.3-7.5.
